Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Coordinator to lead the commercial management of projects in the construction sector, ensuring achievement of sales targets and delivering a satisfactory customer experience. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the commercial management of real estate or construction projects. 2. Ensure achievement of sales targets and marketing strategies. 3. Coordinate and support the sales team throughout the entire sales process. A construction-sector company requires a Commercial Coordinator with at least 2 years of experience in related roles within the real estate or construction industry, responsible for leading the commercial management of projects, ensuring achievement of sales targets, monitoring the sales team, and correctly executing marketing strategies. The incumbent will oversee and manage the entire commercial process from start to finish, ensuring a satisfactory customer experience—from prospecting and advisory services through to sale closing, post-sale follow-up, and coordination of necessary processes for property delivery. Job Objective Lead and support the sales team, focusing on achieving sales, administrative, commercial, and marketing objectives. Main Responsibilities Implement and enforce the established commercial process. Achieve commercial targets. Ensure compliance with the company’s internal processes. Submit execution reports within requested timeframes. Approve negotiation and sales closing processes handled by the supervised team. Monitor and manage daily commercial activities. Conduct weekly meetings with the supervised team regarding planning for follow-up on new customers and weekly sales closing projections. Manage status reports for assigned projects according to established timelines. Apply academic discipline knowledge, principles, and techniques to achieve departmental and company goals. Analyze and recommend actions required to achieve departmental and company objectives and targets. Lead and support the sales team Job Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field Training: Customer service, knowledge of VIS, NO VIS, and VIP housing, family compensation fund subsidies, financial advisory (mortgage loans). Experience: 2 years coordinating sales teams and selling new VIS, VIP, and NO VIS housing Technical Skills: Intermediate Excel proficiency.
