Knowledge and Competencies: - Preparation of food and beverages, ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene, and service standards, as well as delivering excellent customer service to contribute to an enjoyable and satisfying experience within the gastropub. - Good food handling practices. - Tableside customer service. - Basic kitchen inventory management and order placement. - Excellent personal appearance. - Punctuality, organization, and responsibility.
