




1. Be responsible for the material, equipment, structures and other elements necessary for training and instruction, ensuring they are in good condition for use. 2. Inspect the material, equipment, structures and other elements required to carry out training and instruction within the organization. 3. Fully comply with the requirements established in the maintenance and inspection program to ensure proper operation of the organization. 4. Respond to inquiries from trainees and/or trainers, supervisors, or TA coordinators. 5. Maintain and control the inventory of equipment, materials and other items used in training and instruction. Validate attendance records and training evaluations provided by trainees according to the training and instruction plans. 6. Ensure that all training and instruction stages are supervised by a qualified individual. Verify that information provided by training personnel is truthful, effective and complete for proper understanding. 7. Generate and maintain oversight of exercise development during the training phase, as well as activities and workshops during the instruction phase. 8. Verify restricted access to training areas during lunch or break times. 9. Ensure that trainers receive updates, onboarding, and retraining for staff at the training center regarding safe work at heights.
