**This is a learning position located in ARJONA - KM 32 VARIANTE MAMONAL GAMBOTE VEREDA LA MATEA - Colombia. Please note that Cargill does not provide relocation assistance to the work location.** **Shift: Day shift** **Key Responsibilities:** * Document and support processes and activities for the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of management systems. * Support occupational health activities. * Perform any other duties assigned and required for performance in accordance with your training. **Minimum Qualifications:** * At least 18 years of age. * Completed high school diploma. * Have not previously entered into an apprenticeship agreement with SENA. * Currently enrolled as an active SENA or university student in Occupational Safety and Health Management, Integrated Management of Quality, Environment, Safety and Occupational Health, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. * Willingness to work in various environments where hazards such as noise, dust, and chemicals may be present, using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Ability to climb up or down stairs with or without reasonable accommodation. * Availability to work on Saturdays. * Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office software, such as Excel and Word. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Tools such as Power BI
