Join us as a **Cost Analyst in Manizales!** This position supports achieving the objectives of the Plant Business Partner (PB Plant), developing alliances with operations (Manufacturing, Procurement, and Logistics Chain) to support, challenge, and guide operational efficiency, loss reduction, cost reduction, and performance improvement valuation. Additionally, ensure internal controls and collaborate with the management team to guarantee a controlled operational financial risk environment. **What you will do** * Provide variance analysis for direct and indirect plant costs. * Conduct monthly review meetings with cost owners to ensure any cost variations are explained and corrected. * Monitor expense provisions to ensure costs accurately reflect the period. * Monthly forecasting of IPC and overheads together with responsible parties. * Assist in ensuring audit readiness and compliance with internal controls. * Guide ERP updates with bills of materials and production versions according to budget definitions. * Analyze actual monthly costing after production closing. * Analyze production order settlements. * Reconcile production inventories. * Perform monthly variance analysis. * Drive process leaders to continuously seek cost savings, followed by financial validation and reporting in the system according to established guidelines. **What you will bring** * Professional degree in Accounting and Finance, Industrial Engineering, Financial Administration, or Business Administration. * Minimum of 2 years in a role related to industrial or logistics operations with experience in cost, financial, or accounting management. * English level B1. * Experience with SAP cost/finance modules. **Why join us?** We were named the \#1 most trusted company in the world in the construction sector by Newsweek and Statista in 2023!
