Position: Treatment Leader Location: Manizales - Caldas Contract Type: Indefinite Department: Operations Role Purpose Control and verify treatment plants for domestic wastewater and vehicle washing wastewater to comply with current regulations. Main Responsibilities - Manage and control leachate treatment processes, domestic wastewater treatment plants, and vehicle washing wastewater treatment processes - Conduct evaluation and monitoring of the processes led, and propose changes if required - Guide the team being led, monitoring all its processes and management activities - Consolidate required reports corresponding to the position and assigned by the immediate supervisor - Participate in interdisciplinary teams developing research, technology transfer, and technological innovation processes - Promptly report to the immediate supervisor any environmental incidents or accidents occurring in the processes - Plan the human and technical resources required to carry out composting activities and other assigned processes - Weekly schedule activities assigned to the position - Ensure compliance with all policies, regulations, work instructions, procedures, available best practices, and sector standards established by legislation, the company, and the client regarding prevention, safety, and health of suppliers under responsibility Requirements and Key Competencies • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields • Experience: 2 years of experience in operating treatment plants Salary Range: $3,500,000 – $4,000,000 depending on experience MUST RESIDE IN MANIZALES. -Requirements- Minimum Education: University / Professional Degree 2 years of experience Keywords: supervisor, manager, manager, director, chief, lead, supervision, regent
