




**Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and lead all project phases, from design to commissioning of a steam turbine power generation plant. * Supervise technical, financial, and regulatory aspects, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and sustainability standards. * Manage communication with suppliers, contractors, authorities, and internal teams, including reporting to senior management. * Ensure proper budget execution, risk control, and change order management. * Support key processes such as FAT tests, commissioning, and grid connection. * Coordinate the assembly and integration of turbines, generators, and auxiliary systems. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related fields. Postgraduate studies in project management or energy will be valued. * Minimum of 8 years of experience leading large-scale industrial projects, preferably in energy, oil \& gas, or infrastructure sectors. * Demonstrated experience managing complex projects involving design, installation, and operation of steam turbines, generators, and auxiliary systems. * PMP or IPMA certification. * Availability for national and international travel. * Ability to work in industrial environments with high safety standards, including restricted access areas. * Intermediate or advanced level of English.
