We seek a passionate individual with knowledge and experience in transportation, customs transit, and understanding of current customs regulations. Requirements: * Professional degree in International Business or related field. * Demonstrable experience exceeding 3 years. * Basic English proficiency. * Proficiency in office software tools. * Communication skills, teamwork, adaptability to change, analytical skills, and customer service orientation. * Knowledge of international logistics, customs management, and/or imports and exports. * Prepare documentation to be submitted to the lawyer to request official settlements for refunds of overpaid customs duties and monitor their progress. * Advise clients on obtaining and maintaining special DIAN qualifications such as UTS (Single Taxpayer Regime) and Private Warehouses, and ensure validity of legal guarantee policies supporting these authorizations. * Provide advisory services to internal and external clients regarding goods destruction and special operations. * Maintain up-to-date physical and virtual folders per customs user for managing and controlling DIAN qualifications, and prepare and submit semi-annual reports on these matters to clients. * Generate reports on import and export operations from various databases for clients according to their requirements. * Regularly prepare and distribute bulletins on foreign trade and customs regulations.
