We invite you to apply for the INVENTORY SUPPORT ASSISTANT position in MEDELLIN / NORTH ZONE OF THE CITY and join our great Flamingo Stores family. **Job Mission:** You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of inventory data across branches and distribution centers, monitoring and tracking operations affecting merchandise inventory to ensure reliability, optimization of adjustments, and availability of company resources. **Responsibilities:** * Track resolution of reported logistics incidents to maintain inventory data quality. * Audit and verify CEDI merchandise receipts jointly with the security department to ensure alignment between physical and theoretical inventory for high-risk items (IT, Audio, and Video). * Evaluate and propose improvements to assigned activities, contributing to process optimization and effectiveness. * Conduct random checks of merchandise within warehouses and storage areas to apply procedures across various operations and prevent merchandise damage. * Implement, maintain, and evaluate information systems supporting processes under your responsibility, ensuring their stability, evolution, and proper operation. **Requirements:** * High school graduate. * Technical or technological degree in logistics, administration, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory and logistics areas. * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. * Proficiency in office tools (intermediate level in Word and Excel). **IMPORTANT:** * Availability from Sunday to Sunday, with one compensatory day per week. * Schedule: Varies by store.
