Being part of an entrepreneurial and collaborative team Warehouse Operator / Forklift Driver **Job Details** **Job Title:** Warehouse Operator **Location:** Girardota, Antioquia, Colombia **Work Arrangement:** On-site **About the Role** We are looking for a Warehouse Operator for our operation in Girardota, Antioquia, who will be responsible for performing warehousing, picking, packing, blending, loading, and unloading activities, ensuring compliance with the company’s established quality, safety, and operational standards. This position requires experience operating counterbalanced forklifts and elevating platforms, as well as a proactive attitude, willingness to follow instructions, and ability to work collaboratively in operational and logistics environments. **Key Responsibilities** * Execute material receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch processes. * Operate counterbalanced forklifts and elevating platforms safely and efficiently. * Perform material and product loading and unloading in accordance with safety procedures. * Carry out blending and packaging activities according to production orders. * Ensure proper storage and organization of materials within the warehouse. * Support physical inventory counting and control. * Verify quality and safety conditions of received materials. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper functioning of equipment and tools. * Report unsafe conditions, operational failures, or deviations detected during operations. * Comply with industrial safety, occupational health, and good warehousing practices guidelines. **Skills** * Proactivity * Teamwork * Diligence and sense of responsibility * Ability to follow instructions * Organization and attention to detail * Commitment to safety and order * Positive attitude and willingness to learn * Proficiency in operating counterbalanced forklifts and elevating platforms * Experience in warehouse, picking, and packing processes * Basic knowledge of inventory and warehousing * Safe handling of materials and products * Knowledge of good warehousing practices **Job Requirements** * Completed high school education. * 6 months to 2 years of experience in operational warehouse or logistics roles. * Valid forklift operation certification (mandatory). * Experience operating counterbalanced forklifts and elevating platforms. * Availability to work some Saturdays depending on operational needs. **About Caldic** At Caldic, we’re a global leader in distribution solutions, serving diverse markets across the world.
