Position Summary: We are seeking a systems technician/technologist or related professional with experience in network and infrastructure support to perform equipment maintenance and assist in network administration. Support in network administration and improvement projects ***WE WANT TO HIRE YOU!*** **Requirements**: * Technician or technologist in systems, networks, informatics, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in network and infrastructure support; experience in the retail or commerce sector with point-of-sale locations is preferred. * Desired experience with Siesa POS, Active Directory, and Linux OS. **Responsibilities / Functions:** * Provide general-level support for hardware, software, and end users. * Install, configure, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers, printers, and other technological devices. * Support network, internet, and technological resource administration. * Ensure proper operation of equipment and promptly address reported issues. * Assist in improvement projects and implementation of technological solutions. **Required Skills:** * Knowledge of networks, infrastructure, Linux OS, Windows Server OS, and Active Directory. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office productivity tools (Excel). * Service orientation. * Proactivity. * Teamwork. **We Offer:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, on-site **City:** Medellín **Contract:** Fixed-term direct contract with the company. **Salary:** To be agreed upon \+ social benefits \+ transportation allowance \+ organizational benefits.
