The role Wood Colombia is looking for a professional in engineering or related fields, with 5 years of specific experience in engineering projects within the Oil \& Gas sector, to work as a Supply Chain Specialist. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical and administrative support in material and data management for construction\-related activities. Key responsibilities include: * Preparation of purchase order requests * Oversee the material and equipment expediting activities with Chevron personnel and suppliers, provide material status reports, mitigate and coordinate follow ups on material deliveries and Smart reconciling of invoices * Cost control * Interact with Chevron personal and third\-party suppliers. * Manage and develop key inventory management strategies with the program suppliers * Ensure materials are ordered and delivered on time to meet the construction schedule * Assist with schedule input and information gathering * Attend meetings, as necessary, to keep informed of changing delivery requirements. * Manage many tasks simultaneously and excel in a fast\-paced environment. * Retrieve engineering data from multiple platforms or engineering drawings, interpret the data, and properly distribute to technical teams and systems of record. * Assist in drawings creation and Documentum filing. * Compile data, communicate, and provide information to construction staff. * Assist with schedule input and information gathering. * Put together Construction schedules for issue (ensure all requirements at met) * Assist with Dig\-plans * Assist in the preparation of project lookbacks * Engage with other employees on database systems and engaging external customers. * Provide clear, concise, reports. * Professional or technical degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain. * Proven experience in technical support and material management. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Ability to work in a fast\-paced, multitasking environment. * Strong interpersonal skills to interact with multidisciplinary teams and suppliers. * Self\-directed and results\-oriented. * English fluency; C1 certificate is desirable Wood is a global leader in consulting and engineering, helping to unlock solutions to critical challenges in energy and materials markets.
