Our 8,700 employees support approximately 65,000 customers in their digital transformation The position: We are excited to announce the opportunity to join our team as: **Junior Platform Administrator** **\|** **Backup** SoftwareOne Full Time \| Office: Medellín I Hybrid **What your day-to-day would look like****:*** Basic support and administration of technological platforms. * Management and operation of backup tools such as **Veeam Backup \& Replication**, **Veritas**, or **Networker**. * Handling client requests: direct contact, case follow-up, and proactive communication. * Identifying improvement opportunities in managed platforms. * Technical documentation and recording of incidents or changes. * Supporting the implementation of solutions and operational improvements. * Collaboration with technical support, infrastructure, and customer service teams. What we expect from you: **Profile:** Technical, technological, or professional education with basic experience in Platform Administration, interested in growing within the infrastructure area, combining technical support tasks with operational administration of backup and monitoring platforms.
