We are looking for a Human Talent Apprentice/Intern. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Work Modality: Hybrid. Must reside in Medellín or its metropolitan area. Requirement: Technical or technological degree in Human Resource Management. Responsibilities: Maintain updated and organized physical and digital employee files (active and retired staff). Manage and classify the disability folder according to required formats. Support disability claim processing and billing. Assist in social security affiliation procedures. Make phone calls to social security entities and providers. Competencies: Attention to detail. Assertive communication and teamwork. Organization and time management.
