**Job Description:** We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and service-oriented **Maintenance Assistant** to join our team at a restaurant specializing in french fries. Your primary mission will be to ensure the proper functioning of the facility, equipment, and machinery, guaranteeing a safe, clean, and efficient environment for our customers and staff. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on kitchen equipment (fryers, exhaust systems, refrigerators, etc.). * Monitor the condition of electrical installations, plumbing, gas systems, and furniture. * Assist in deep cleaning of technical areas and hard-to-reach spaces. * Promptly report malfunctions or repair needs to the maintenance supervisor or restaurant manager. * Comply with company safety, hygiene, and quality standards. * Collaborate with other departments when technical or logistical support is required. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 1 year of experience in general maintenance. * Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and equipment repair. * Responsible, organized attitude, and team-oriented. * Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends.
