




**Description** You will be the person driving product development, building relationships with suppliers who share our passion for quality. Responsibilities * Identify, evaluate, and develop suppliers for intermediate processes (such as printing, embroidery, and laundry), ensuring quality and compliance. * Support product development by connecting knit and woven teams with partners who add value and excellence to the process. * Negotiate conditions, prices, and delivery times, ensuring sustainable and reliable relationships with suppliers. * Manage intermediate processes required for prototypes and production, supporting each team in achieving their objectives. * Identify opportunities for improvement in the supply chain and propose solutions that enhance efficiency and final quality. * Promote constant communication between internal departments and suppliers, creating synergies that drive product innovation. **Education / Knowledge** * Students in final semesters, technologists, or professionals in fields related to Production, Administration, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or Design. * Technical knowledge of intermediate textile processes: printing, embroidery, laundry. * Basic proficiency in technical specifications, prototype development processes, and customer requirements. * Negotiation skills in procurement and product development contexts. * Intermediate Excel skills. **Contract type:** Indefinite term **Salary:** $3.000.000 to $3.500.000 **Work schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Position type: Full-time, Indefinite
