Promotes teamwork and decision-making Scale Assistant - (Caldas, Antioquia) A leading national company is seeking a Technician or Technologist in fields related to agricultural production, logistics, and/or quality, preferably familiar with coffee threshing processes. Work experience: 1 year. Schedule: 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM & 1:15 PM to 4:45 PM, Monday to Friday / Saturday 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM Main Responsibilities: Operate truck scales for plant inbound and outbound shipments Inspect and verify scale accuracy Control and review inventories, including verification of stack formation (stock ledger and physical count) Report anomalies arising during receiving and dispatch activities Supervise and ensure warehouse assistants conduct required inspections Competencies: Proficiency in office software is mandatory Ability to perform job-related operational tasks Skills: Teamwork Decision-making Assertive communication Resilience Adaptability. Salary: COP 1,900,000 + Transportation allowance.
