We are ready to help you connect with your next job! · We are seeking an Intermediate Maintenance Operator, Technician with a minimum of 3 years’ experience or a Maintenance Engineer with a minimum of 2 years’ experience—highly competent and operations-oriented. The primary purpose is to ensure equipment and facility availability, reliability, and optimal operation, preventing production stoppages and ensuring process continuity. · The ideal candidate must possess solid training in predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance (TPM), knowledge in electricity, mechanics, electronics, hydraulics, and pneumatics, as well as the ability to diagnose failures, interpret drawings, and perform interventions safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Conduct periodic inspections to identify failures or risks. Diagnose, repair, and replace damaged components while complying with safety protocols. Perform preventive maintenance (lubrication, cleaning, adjustments) to extend equipment service life. Participate in installation, configuration, and commissioning of new equipment. Analyze failures, determine root cause, and implement definitive solutions. Develop and execute autonomous and preventive maintenance plans. Train and advise operators and technicians on processes and procedures. Record and document all interventions in established systems. Coordinate work teams during interventions and installations. Comply with and enforce SST standards, 5S, use of PPE, LOTO system, and waste management. Identify and report hazards and risks to supervisors and leaders. Ensure efficient use of resources and mitigation of environmental impact. Keep superiors informed about progress, needs, timelines, and required resources. · Required Knowledge and Skills: Failure diagnosis in electrical, mechanical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Execution of TPM maintenance (predictive, preventive, and corrective). Interpretation of electrical, mechanical, and electronic drawings. Basic knowledge of PLC programming. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with safety protocols: use of PPE and LOTO system. Ability to install, configure, and commission new equipment.
