Job Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Professional to implement and monitor the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OH&SMS), deliver training, monitor medical cases, and manage performance indicators. Monitoring of medical cases and statistical analysis A prominent company in the occupational risk management sector requires an OHS Professional with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in implementing and monitoring the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OH&SMS), preferably in companies across diverse economic sectors or in Occupational Risk Administrators (ARLs). Requirements: OHS Professional with valid license. Updated 50-hour OH&SMS course. Minimum 2 years’ experience in implementing and monitoring the OH&SMS. Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables and data analysis). Experience in monitoring medical cases (mandatory). Desirable experience in temporary staffing firms and the healthcare sector. · Responsibilities: Advisory and support in accident monitoring. Conducting training sessions and inspections. Implementing the lessons-learned program. Monitoring medical cases and analyzing statistics (absenteeism, incidence, prevalence). Developing and managing performance indicators. Regulatory compliance and other activities required by the company. · Working Conditions: Salary: COP 2,808,000 + transportation allowance (COP 47,000) + communication allowance (COP 42,600) + statutory transportation allowance + social benefits. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Contract Type: Project-based or task-based contract.
