




Position Summary: Fundación PLAN seeks professionals to promote rights, opportunities, autonomy, and a life free of violence for urban and rural women in Medellín, working in a respectful and diverse environment. With a postgraduate degree in fields related to education, gender studies, social development, public policy, social management, or other related areas. In the absence of a postgraduate degree, equivalency may be granted based on substantial professional experience directly related to the contract’s objectives. Certified training in gender perspective and/or women’s rights, or demonstrable experience implementing strategies aimed at closing gender gaps. • Professional experience exceeding one (1) year up to three (3) years, counted from the issuance date of the professional license or registration card, where applicable, or graduation certificate, in coordinating, implementing, or monitoring social and/or educational programs or projects. Particular emphasis will be placed on experience in youth and adult education, educational retention, work with women or populations in situations of vulnerability, as well as co-education processes and gender perspective mainstreaming in educational institutions. This experience must be substantiated through employment or contractual certifications.
