




Job Summary: We are seeking a high school graduate or technical professional with experience in warehousing to ensure the proper receipt, storage, and dispatch of products in the cellar, maintaining quality and food safety standards. Applies the FIFO methodology for product rotation A reputable allied company specializing in artisanal bakery and pastry requires, for its workforce, a high school graduate or technical professional in operations, logistics, warehousing, or related fields, preferably with a minimum of 6 months’ experience in similar roles involving warehousing, stockrooms, cellars, or food handling. · Job Mission: To guarantee the proper receipt, storage, preservation, rotation, and dispatch of products in the cellar by complying with quality, food safety, organization, and inventory control standards, thereby supporting operational continuity at sales points and appropriate cold chain management. · Specific Responsibilities: Receive, verify, and store products and supplies according to established procedures to ensure inventory control and organization. Organize and place merchandise in the cellar according to categories, expiration dates, and storage conditions to ensure proper preservation. Execute product rotation using the FIFO methodology to ensure accurate inventory management. Support order preparation, picking, and dispatch to sales points or requesting departments. Monitor and record cellar temperatures and report anomalies to ensure cold chain compliance. · Knowledge Requirements: Inventory management. FIFO rotation. Food handling and safety. Cold chain and product preservation. Good warehousing practices. Basic occupational health and safety regulations.
