POSITION: MAINTENANCE PLANNER LOCATION: Medellin RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure the availability and reliability of critical assets. Reduce repetitive failures and downtime. Optimize maintenance costs. Improve PMP compliance. Strengthen the preventive maintenance culture. Ensure technical and documentary traceability. Improve MTBF, MTTR, and backlog indicators. Standardize maintenance routines and frequencies. Operational reliability. Asset management. EDUCATION Electrical Engineering Electronic Engineering Mechatronics Engineering KNOWLEDGE Criticality analysis. RCA (Root Cause Analysis). TPM and continuous improvement. Interpretation of failure history records. Electrical Systems and Automation Industrial electrical systems. Instrumentation and control. PLCs, variable frequency drives, and automation. Interpretation of electrical drawings and P&ID diagrams. Industrial power and control equipment. Technical Management Creation and updating of equipment life sheets. Management of critical spare parts. Interpretation of technical manuals and exploded diagrams. Material and spare parts coding. Technical documentation management.
