Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Operator to support production and packaging processes, ensuring quality and efficiency in the manufacture of food products. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a Production Operator with a minimum of six (6) months to one (1) year of experience in production companies to support production and packaging processes, contributing to the organization’s quality and efficiency goals. · Academic qualification: Primary or secondary education. · Job mission: Execute food production and packaging activities through proper handling of raw materials, equipment, and machinery, complying with quality, hygiene, and safety standards to ensure a final product suitable for the customer. · Responsibilities: - Prepare and mix raw materials according to manufacturing specifications to ensure correct product formulation. - Operate and feed production and dosing machinery, ensuring uninterrupted production flow. - Transport trays and carts between production areas, ovens, and packaging zones to avoid congestion and delays. - Perform product packaging in accordance with packaging specifications and established requirements. - Clean and disinfect machinery, tools, and workstations, complying with hygiene and sanitation regulations. · Knowledge: - Food handler certification. · Professional competencies: - Teamwork. · Salary: COP $1,750,905 + current statutory benefits. Contract type: Fixed-term contract. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 44 hours per week, rotating shifts.
