Academic Qualifications Technician or Technologist in: Marketing, Commercial Management, Customer Service, Administrative Management, or related fields. Job Mission To provide comprehensive and timely care for private patients while supporting commercial management, customer follow-up, and institutional marketing strategies, ensuring a humanized and high-quality service experience. Main Responsibilities Manage private patient care via WhatsApp and other channels. Provide information on services, fees, and appointment scheduling. Conduct commercial and patient satisfaction follow-ups. Support commercial campaigns and marketing strategies. Handle PQRS (Petitions, Complaints, Claims, and Suggestions) and route requests to the corresponding departments. Required Knowledge Proficiency in Excel. Customer service.
