A prominent commercial sector company requires a Technical Specialist or Technologist in Computer Science, Systems, Computing, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields. § Support the management of user-generated requests via email or support systems related to incidents or requirements on the ERP platform. § Execute the preventive maintenance plan for workstations defined by the ICT Leader. § Assist in resolving incidents reported by users regarding their computing equipment and technological tools. § Support verification of the integrity of data and technological processes used by the company. § Support information recovery through backup updates and verifications, as well as router, switch, server, firewall, and other communication infrastructure reviews. § Verify proper functionality of communication links among the company's various locations. · Education: Technical Specialist or Technologist degree in Computer Science, Systems, Computing, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields.
