We are seeking a **Fashion Image and Sales Advisor**, passionate about fashion, commercially oriented, and service-driven—someone who transforms every consultation into an opportunity for connection and every interaction into measurable results. **Job Mission** Provide comprehensive advisory services to customers on image, style, and purchasing—elevating the in-store experience and contributing to the achievement of the store’s commercial objectives. **Main Responsibilities** * Advise customers on image, style, and product selection. * Achieve individual sales targets and support the store’s budget attainment. * Improve commercial KPIs (conversion rate, units per transaction [UPT], average transaction value). * Deliver approachable, empathetic service aligned with the brand experience. * Implement visual merchandising guidelines. * Operate the POS system (processing transactions, inquiries, and end-of-day closures). * Support product restocking and basic inventory control. * Collaborate with the Boutique Manager and the retail team. **Requirements** **Education:** Technical or technological degree in fashion, styling, marketing, or related fields. **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in sales, image consulting, or fashion retail. **Knowledge:** Sales techniques, customer service, and foundational image consulting. **Competencies:** * Results-oriented mindset * Effective communication * Empathy and commercial attitude * Teamwork * Aesthetic sensitivity (Certifications in fashion or styling are desirable.) **Conditions** * Contract type: Indefinite-term * Working hours: Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM / D\-F 10:00 AM–6:00 PM * Salary: $1\.750\.905 \+ commissions * Work modality: On-site * Location: Medellín, Colombia Job type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Workplace: On-site employment
