What will be your mission? Ensure the good condition of our facilities through preventive and corrective maintenance, promptly addressing the needs of our various locations. What we expect from you * High school diploma or **technical/vocational training in maintenance, electricity, or related fields**. * Minimum 1 year of experience in facility maintenance. * Basic electrical knowledge: lighting fixtures, outlets, switches, and diagnosis of minor faults. * Basic plumbing, painting, plastering, carpentry, and general repairs knowledge. * Personal motorcycle with up-to-date documentation: valid driver's license, SOAT insurance, and current mechanical-technical inspection. * Availability to travel between different locations. Conditions * Working hours: * Monday to Thursday: 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. * Availability for night shifts as required by location needs. * Salary: $1\.838\.450 \+ transportation allowance \+ mobility allowance \+ social benefits * Contract type: Fixed-term, renewable.
