If you master software architecture (**Java, .NET, TypeScript**) and are at the forefront of applied AI and agentic development, we want to meet you. You will lead high-impact strategic projects for key clients, driving world-class technical standards and fostering your team’s professional growth within a collaborative and innovative environment. ### **Responsibilities** * **Manage** and support the team technically, ensuring their professional growth and successful delivery of product increments. * **Guarantee** technical excellence, best practices, and appropriate use of Artificial Intelligence within projects. * **Align** architectural principles to ensure balance among cost, benefits, and systemic qualities (non-functional properties). * **Ensure** achievement of functional project outcomes. * **Resolve** technical and process complexities during development promptly. ### **Requirements** **Experience:** Proven track record leading technical teams and making architectural decisions in software development projects (experience with *Fixed Price* / closed projects is desirable).
