Join us and be part of the change: together, we’re building the next generation of intelligent financial solutions. **What Are We Looking For?** Within our Data & Analytics team, we are seeking a **Cloud Data Engineer** who wants to build scalable cloud-based data solutions and participate in projects where data is transformed into valuable business insights. **Your Mission:** Design, develop, and operate cloud-based data engineering solutions that ensure reliable ingestion, processing, and availability of information for analytics and decision-making. **Your Day-to-Day at 2Innovate** * Design and develop ETL pipelines using PySpark for large-volume data processing. * Administer and optimize AWS data infrastructure (S3, Glue, EMR, Redshift, or other analytics services). * Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions and key metrics. * Ensure performance, stability, and scalability of the data platform. * Participate in cloud environment deployments and incident support alongside operations and delivery teams. **What Do You Need to Join 2Innovate?** * **Technical Experience:** * 2–3+ years of experience in similar Data Engineering or Cloud Data Engineering roles. * Proven experience developing **ETLs using PySpark**. * Proficiency in **AWS analytics-oriented services** (S3, Glue, EMR, Redshift, among others). * Experience working with cloud-based analytics solutions. * **Functional Knowledge:** * Ability to collaborate closely with business stakeholders and define **value-driven metrics**. * Experience in the **banking industry** (Retail and/or Corporate Banking) is **highly desirable**. * **Key Skills:** * Ability to document and maintain data solutions. * Strong problem-solving orientation and attention to detail. * Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. **What We Offer** * Employment model: Contractor * 20 days of time off * A day off on your birthday * 100% remote work * Continuous development and online training via our learning platform * Referral program with incentives * Interaction with international clients * Being part of a growing global company with significant challenges and opportunities
