Safeguards corporate information JOB PROFILE We are seeking an IT Assistant to support the company’s technological activities, ensuring the proper functioning of equipment, platforms, and systems, mitigating risks, and safeguarding information. REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Technical or technological degree in Systems or related fields. - Minimum 1 year of experience in computer maintenance, technical support, and server administration. - Knowledge of databases, networks, Internet/Intranet, operating systems, ERP support, and office tools (Excel, Word, email). - Competencies: initiative, planning and organization, results orientation, information analysis, adaptability to change, customer service orientation, teamwork, and assertive communication. - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and software licenses. - Maintain up-to-date hardware and license inventories. - Provide user support for hardware, software, communications, and networks. - Execute email, workstation, and mobile device backup procedures. - Manage users in company applications and email systems. - Monitor and back up databases to ensure their proper operation. - Manage corporate telephony equipment and lines, ensuring correct allocation and usage. - Support research and implementation of new technologies and IT projects. - Develop and maintain updated procedures and instructions related to assigned duties. - Safeguard company information and comply with current legal regulations.
