Architectural Drafter with Experience in Formwork and Falsework

Job Summary: This role involves analyzing, designing, and documenting projects, optimizing designs, and providing technical support and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: 1. 3D project design and modeling. 2. Construction budget automation. 3. Technical support and on-site coordination. 1. Request Receipt and Analysis • Receive drawings and drawing/detailed layout request forms from the sales advisor; verify completeness and suitability for processing. • Clarify questions with the project advisor or, if necessary, communicate directly with the end customer. • Analyze, calculate, and design projects during the quotation phase, and prepare or coordinate the detailed layout proposal with the sales advisor. 2. Technical Design, Modeling, and Documentation • Prepare technical drawings and plans. • Develop 3D models. • Generate renders or images required by internal or external customers. • Implement necessary project modifications until reaching an appropriate client proposal, optimizing the detailed layout design to control and improve profit margins. • Upon project approval, submit drawings for on-site installation. 3. Technical Resource Automation and Management • Develop macros to automate construction budgeting. 4. Technical Support and On-Site Coordination • Conduct on-site visits during both the quotation and installation phases, as required. • Support the sales department as needed to strengthen brand positioning and ensure end-customer satisfaction. 5.
