Job Summary: An IT Intern who will support digital transformation, manage technological infrastructure, ensure data integrity, and build Power BI dashboards in a dynamic environment. Job Mission: Actively participate in the company's digital transformation processes to support the Information Technology department. Responsibilities: Support the helpdesk plan and scheduling of corrective and preventive maintenance for technological infrastructure, according to the work schedule established by the department leader. Collect and store relevant data from each department of the Company through process monitoring to ensure data security and availability when required. Ensure that information stored in the database is complete, up-to-date, and reliable. Technically maintain cross-functional Power BI dashboards covering all Company processes, following established protocols, and generate corresponding tracking and control reports. Design and manage Power BI dashboards for measuring Company KPIs. Execute the helpdesk plan and scheduling of corrective and preventive maintenance for technological infrastructure, according to the work schedule established by the department leader. Support the identification of improvement opportunities within the Company that can be addressed using technological tools. Support the development of management dashboards enabling senior management to monitor ongoing business activities, thereby contributing to tracking, action planning, and strategic decision-making. Implement new software services and/or platforms for data collection and administration. Requirements Currently enrolled in a technical or technological degree program in Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. Must not have previously signed an apprenticeship contract. Basic knowledge of: Software and Hardware Maintenance, Data and Information Networks, Technological Infrastructure. Proficiency in office productivity tools (Word, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure. Benefits We offer a valuable learning experience.
