Position Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer or Architect with direct and technical experience in civil works and construction projects, leading execution and financial management. Key Highlights: 1. Direct and technical experience in civil works and construction 2. Leadership in the execution of civil works 3. Management of financial statements, costs, and budgets * **Title:** Civil Engineer or Architect. * **General Experience:** Minimum five (5) years in managerial or administrative and technical coordination roles for civil works projects. Proven experience with construction companies or infrastructure sector organizations. * **Specific Experience:** Minimum three (3) years of experience leading the execution of civil works or construction projects. Knowledge and experience in managing project financial statements, progress billing, and preparing technical reports and quantity take-offs. Experience in cost control, budget tracking, and variance analysis. Experience in managing progress meeting minutes, construction committees, and interaction with third-party oversight and/or technical supervision. * **Additional Education:** Specialization in Project Management and/or related fields. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday. * **Location:** Metropolitan Area of the Aburrá Valley. * **Salary:** To be agreed upon.
