




We are looking for **two key profiles** for a strategic document management project with a duration of **3 years**. 1\. Document Management Leader **Main responsibilities:** * Organize, control, and preserve physical and digital files. * Conduct document inventories and validate physical and electronic records. * Implement and monitor document retention and appraisal schedules. **Requirements:** * Professional in Archival Science or Information Sciences. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in archiving and document management processes. * Knowledge of document retention and/or appraisal schedules. * Proficiency in office software tools (Word, Excel, among others). 2\. Project Coordinator **Main responsibilities:** * Coordinate and support the management of the project's technical staff. * Ensure compliance with established goals and performance indicators. * Supervise the proper implementation of document management processes. **Requirements:** * Professional in Archival Science, Information Sciences, or related fields. * Minimum of **3 to 5 years** of experience in project coordination or document management. * Leadership skills and team management abilities. * Proficiency in office software tools.
