Technical Services Analyst – Medellín
**Sector: Electronic Security | 2 vacancies | On-site work**
An electronic security company is seeking to hire **2 Technical Services Analysts**.
We are looking for organized individuals with strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate and track multiple services simultaneously.
In this role, you will be responsible for **receiving customer requests, coordinating their resolution, tracking technicians and contractors, and ensuring each service is properly documented and closed.**
What will you do?
* Receive and register customer service requests.
* Review information and create cases in the management system.
* Classify and prioritize services based on type and urgency.
* Schedule and assign technicians or contractors according to specialization and location.
* Manage access permits for customer sites.
* Request equipment and materials required for each service.
* Prepare quotations and manage their approval.
* Track service progress and adherence to agreed timelines.
* Keep customers informed about the status of their requests.
* Coordinate and track technicians and contractors.
* Verify technical reports, photographic records, and other supporting documents.
* Perform preliminary service billing.
* Review contractor invoices against completed work.
* Organize documentation for closure and handover to Billing.
What do we require?
* Technician degree in **administrative, logistics, industrial, or electronic fields**.
* Students in related disciplines from the **8th semester onward** are also eligible.
* Technicians in these fields with experience exceeding the minimum requirement.
* Minimum **1 year of experience** in technical service scheduling, case management, help desk, or administrative support for field operations.
* Intermediate-level **Excel proficiency**, including filters, pivot tables, VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP, and conditional formatting.
* Experience using **CRM or case management tools**.
* Knowledge of quotation preparation and cost control.
**Preferred qualifications:** Experience in electronic security, CCTV, alarm systems, or access control, as well as experience managing personnel access permits to corporate customer sites.

Employment Conditions
**Salary:** $2,100,000 + $249,095 transportation allowance
**Contract:** Fixed-term for 1 year

**Workplace:** Medellín – Carrera 67B #48D-52
**Working hours:**
* Monday to Thursday: 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
* Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
* Every other Saturday: 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
**Occasional travel to customer sites** is required.
