Promotes teamwork, agility, and organization in the kitchen. **KITCHEN ASSISTANT** **Job Objective** Support food preparation, cooking, and plating activities while ensuring compliance with the restaurant's established standards for quality, presentation, hygiene, and service timing. Prior experience in hamburger preparation and griddle operation is preferred. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare and pre-process raw materials and ingredients. * Prepare and plate hamburgers and other menu items according to standardized recipes and specifications. * Operate the griddle and other kitchen equipment properly. * Ensure proper handling, storage, and preservation of food items. * Meet established timeframes for order preparation and delivery. * Maintain a clean and organized workstation, equipment, and utensils. * Comply with the restaurant's hygiene, food handling, and safety regulations. * Assist with various tasks required for efficient kitchen operations. **Competencies** * Teamwork. * Agility and attention to detail. * Organization and cleanliness. * Working under pressure. * Responsibility and commitment. * Assertive communication. **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of experience as a kitchen assistant. * Prior experience in hamburger preparation is preferred. * Experience operating a griddle. * Valid food handling certification. **Contract Type:** Fixed-term contract. **Salary:** $2\.000\.000 \+ tips. **Work Mode:** On-site. **Schedule:** Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts.
