Opportunity to coordinate and guide operational staff DisRed Soluciones S.A.S is looking for an **Electrical Technician** to join its team — a professional with strong technical expertise and leadership capability to execute and install electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial projects, ensuring compliance with drawings, quality standards, and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: * Read, interpret, and apply architectural, electrical, single-line diagrams, and circuit schematics. * Install metallic conduits, cable trays, mesh-type wire baskets, and EMT, PVC, Schedule, or galvanized piping (exposed or embedded). * Execute electrical circuit installations for lighting, outlets, power, and general equipment. * Assemble and install electrical panels, cabinets, load centers, protective devices, and connection components. * Connect and commission equipment such as transformers, disconnect switches, generators, UPS systems, and voltage conditioners. * Perform splices, branch connections, conductor terminations, and labeling with proper insulation. * Execute external electrical installations: service entrances, conduits, networks, and outdoor lighting systems. * Diagnose and identify electrical faults using measurement and testing instruments. * Supervise, coordinate, and guide the work of assigned electrical personnel (assistants). * Coordinate tasks with other on-site teams to meet schedules and avoid interference. * Report progress, issues, and material or tool requirements to the immediate supervisor. * Use materials, tools, equipment, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) appropriately and responsibly. * Maintain a clean, organized worksite and strictly comply with OSH and environmental policies. REQUIREMENTS: * High school diploma, Technical or Technological degree in electricity or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience supervising and executing commercial, residential, and industrial electrical projects. * Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical drawings. * Knowledge of current technical and electrical safety regulations. * Ability to lead assigned operational staff. * Valid Safe Work at Heights certification (preferred). * Willingness to travel if required.
