




The **Kitchen Apprentice** will support operational activities within the kitchen area, participating in food preparation, prepping, and presentation while adhering to the organization’s established quality, hygiene, and safety standards. During their productive training phase, they will strengthen their technical knowledge and practical skills under the supervision of the kitchen team. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in food preparation and prepping * Maintain order, cleanliness, and disinfection of the work area * Use kitchen equipment and tools appropriately * Comply with food handling and industrial safety regulations * Support tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor **Required Profile:** * Technical or technological student in Culinary Arts or related fields * Authorized by the institution to begin the productive training phase * Responsible, proactive, and eager to learn * Ability to work collaboratively and follow instructions Position Type: Internship Contract Duration: 6 months
