Machine Team Leader

**Machine Team Leader** **About the Role** Lead the assigned work team, ensuring the correct operation and functionality of the assigned machine, guaranteeing personnel safety, product quality, and efficient productivity targets, in full compliance with all established standards, methodologies and procedures for the job. **What You Will Do** Lead and motivate by example the crew of the assigned production line and packaging areas. Lead, manage, delegate, assign and organize personnel to ensure production tasks are carried out as required and safely. Develop leadership, technical expertise and methodological mastery—both personally and within the team—to achieve the operational autonomy required by the company. Lead the team’s activities to ensure manufacturing operations comply with established specifications and production schedules—including volume, efficiency, waste and quality standards. Transfer knowledge to the team and communicate daily objectives to the crew. Convene operational and technical teams to conduct root-cause analyses and implement corrective actions for machine failures—covering electronic, mechanical, process-related and/or system adjustment issues—to ensure uninterrupted production. Establish standards and centerlines for each system to ensure long-term operational sustainability and continuity. Apply and ensure all team members follow established procedures (CIL, Centerline, parameters, operational and quality procedures, as well as work instructions). Ensure accurate SAP documentation (e.g., generating maintenance alerts, anomaly notifications). Ensure and complete proper shift information logging in Plain Quality (categorizing events, stoppages and breakdowns in detail) — produce clear, detailed reports. Perform quality control sampling, process checks, production order changes and production order closures. Attend and lead DOM 1 meetings with complete information and evidence on the previous day’s results; guide the team on actions to be taken to ensure smooth operations over the next 24 hours. Comply with safety requirements, perform BOS observations and report unsafe conditions. Define guidelines that ensure process continuity. Carry out assigned LILA activities and direct the rest of the team. Perform adhesive autonomous checks. Receive and hand over shifts on time, clearly and promptly. Responsible for complying with—and enforcing—standards, procedures, as well as safety and quality policies. Fulfill all responsibilities outlined in tables T1005, T1006 and T1007. Comply with the 12 Golden Rules of Quality. Use personal protective equipment and comply with all occupation-specific risk assessments. Keep machines or work areas clean and orderly, following operational discipline norms and manufacturing technical standards, BPM. **Requirements** * Industrial, Electronics or Mechanical Technologist degree, or related field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in production lines, cosmetics or hygiene products. * Microsoft Excel. * SAP R/3 preferred. * Standards (ISO and INVIMA), BPM. **What Our Company Offers** Our purpose—Breaking Barriers for Well-being—gives meaning to everything we do.
