Technical or Technological Intern – Payroll, Compensation, and Hiring A major multinational company is seeking a technical or technological student in Human Resources Management, Talent Management, Administration, or related fields who is currently in the practical training phase, to support the Payroll, Compensation, and Hiring department with immediate start in Cauca. Main Responsibilities: Support in managing payroll-related updates (overtime, medical leaves, other leaves, vacations). Support in hiring processes and collection of onboarding documentation. Support in social security affiliations (Health Provider - EPS, Occupational Risk Provider - ARL, Pension Fund - AFP, and Compensation Fund). Organization and management of employment files. Updating databases and providing administrative support to the department. Requirements: Technical or technological student currently in the practical training phase. Basic proficiency in Excel and office tools. Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented individual. Conditions: Paid apprenticeship contract. Duration: 6 months.
