Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in procurement and supply chain management, focused on negotiation, cost analysis, and supplier management, with a results-oriented approach. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in procurement and supply chain management (electricity sector) 2. Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems 3. Focus on cost reduction and effective negotiation Knowledge in procurement and supply chain management (preferably in the electricity sector) * Procurement, negotiation, and contracting processes. Supplier management and performance evaluation. KPI management. * Knowledge of integrated management systems Cost and budget analysis Ability to conduct price comparisons and profitability analysis. Proficiency in technological tools ERP systems: Milenium, Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Others Advanced Excel: pivot tables, macros, database handling, Power BI * Knowledge of regulations Commercial and tax legislation. Internal policies and ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 standards * Contract and commercial agreement management Drafting, interpretation, and monitoring of contracts. * Supply chain risk management Identification of financial, logistical, and operational risks. * Results orientation and cost reduction Implementation of strategies for savings and efficiency. * Effective negotiation Persuasion and handling of supplier objections. * Assertive communication Ability to interact with different departments: warehouse, logistics, finance, etc. * Analytical thinking and decision-making Evaluation of data for quick and accurate decisions. * Teamwork and collaboration Coordination with internal and external departments. * Adaptability and change management Adjustment to new policies, technologies, and markets.-Requirements- Minimum education: University / Technical degree 2 years of experience Knowledge: Change management, Suppliers Driver's licenses: A2, B1 Keywords: analyst, shopping, purchases, orders, adquisicion, compras
