You will experience a sense of purpose across the organization, as we know our work improves outcomes for millions of patients. **Your Role at Vantive:** Ensure efficiency in assigned supply chain processes as an integral part of operations, managing direct communication with suppliers to comply with established parameters and responsibilities inherent to the assigned process, adhering to policies, procedures, and assigned activities. **Your Vantive Team:** * We are committed to helping you overcome new challenges and opportunities in logistics. **What You’ll Do at Vantive:** * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) according to the assigned process during various meetings with suppliers. * Collect information that facilitates decision-making and continuous improvement. * Manage data related to receipt, storage, conditioning, dispatches, and any other processes involved in operations. * Ensure compliance and control of inventory as part of the process, acting as internal observers and auditors of all assigned processes. * Use warehouse management tools to track tasks and ensure completion of assignments given to warehouse operators. * Manage inventory of operation-specific supplies. * Complete position-specific documentation and maintain file control and management of activities related to the warehouse. * Collaborate with other company departments—Commercial, Planning, Customer Service, Transportation, Quality, EHS, Procurement, and others—to ensure efficient product flow. **What You’ll Bring to Vantive:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or equivalent fields such as Supply Chain, Materials Management, Receipt and Storage Processes. Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Warehousing. * Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies, quality management, and process improvement. * ERP knowledge. * Desired knowledge of BI data analysis tools.
