We are currently recruiting personnel for the Construction _ Structures area to support operational site activities and contribute to the safe and efficient progress of structural works. **JOB MISSION** Support the execution of operational construction and structural assembly tasks under supervision, ensuring compliance with HSE, quality, and internal procedures to contribute to project progress and on-site personnel safety. **Job Functions and Responsibilities:** * Collaborate in assembling, aligning, and fixing structural elements (steel, precast concrete, formwork, and others) following drawings and supervisor instructions. * Prepare and maintain an orderly work area: handling, loading, and unloading materials and equipment; maintaining and signaling work zones. * Support the installation and dismantling of formwork, shoring, and scaffolding in accordance with established safety procedures. * Perform reinforcement cutting, bending, and assembly tasks, as well as basic welding or mesh tying when required and authorized. * Conduct basic visual inspections and report anomalies, damages, or hazardous conditions to the immediate supervisor. * Actively participate in implementing HSE measures: use of PPE, attendance at toolbox talks, adherence to control points, and safe work protocols. * Support on-site quality control by verifying dimensions, levels, and compliance with specifications under supervision. * Record work reports, incidents, and material consumption according to internal procedures and keep requested records up to date. * Assist in proper segregation and disposal of waste generated by construction activities. **We seek a candidate with the following requirements and competencies:** * Completed secondary education or medium-level technical training in Construction, Mechanics, Civil Works, or related fields, or proven experience in structural site work. * Minimum 1 year of experience in structural assembly, formwork, or operational support on site (desirable). * Basic knowledge of reading drawings, measurements, and construction processes related to structures. * Ability to follow instructions, work in teams, and clearly communicate observations. * Availability for fieldwork and relocation to the construction site, with working hours aligned with project needs. * Safety orientation and willingness to participate in HSE training; mandatory PPE use on site. * Driver’s license and/or certifications in working at heights, forklift operation, or related courses will be positively considered. **KNOWLEDGE LEVELS:** * Assembly and handling of structural elements _ Medium * Formwork and shoring _ Medium * Basic safety practices and PPE usage _ High * Drawing reading and dimensional control _ Medium * Use of hand and auxiliary tools _ Medium **What We Offer:** * Personal and professional development through continuous training programs, opportunities for internal and international mobility, volunteering, and healthy lifestyle habits. * The chance to be part of a dynamic work environment guided by three core principles: collaborative intelligence, excellence, and comprehensive social responsibility. * Competitive social benefits, performance recognition, and market-aligned working conditions.
