Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to comprehensively coordinate the Human Talent area, leading teams and developing wellness and training programs. Key Highlights: 1. Development of wellness and training programs We are looking for a professional in Psychology, Administration, Law or related fields, preferably with specialization in Human Management or Occupational Health and Safety (OHS). You must have a minimum of four (4) years’ experience in comprehensive management of the Human Talent area, including at least two (2) years in coordination roles with emphasis on personnel management, group leadership, and team development. Your key functions and responsibilities will include: * Talent acquisition * Recruitment and onboarding of personnel * Payroll processing and social benefits administration * Development of wellness, training, and capacity-building programs * Management of departmental KPIs The required knowledge areas for this role are: * Colombian labor legislation * Payroll processing * Recruitment tools and techniques * Knowledge of the OHS Management System (SG-SST) * Technological tools (Microsoft 365, task planning software, Excel, etc.) * Familiarity with Odoo and Microsoft Office Word is desirable Salary: $3,000,000 to $3,500,000 depending on experience and expertise Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:45 am to 5:30 pm Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract Position Type: Full-time
