As a Warehouse Associate, your main responsibilities will be: Goods Management: Efficiently and safely load and unload products using appropriate equipment. Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe space for efficient operations. Internal Support: Provide timely solutions to internal team requests and inquiries. Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure an agile, uninterrupted workflow. What are we looking for in you? Total Salary: COP $1,850,000 (comprising a fixed compensation of COP $1,757,500 + variable component of COP $92,500 based on performance indicators) + Transportation subsidy of COP $249,095. Permanent employment contract with all statutory benefits, renewable based on performance and in accordance with current labor reform provisions.
