Job Description **Ensure proper administrative, financial, and accounting management of the hotel, guaranteeing efficient resource utilization and compliance with Accor standards.** * Coordinate and supervise the hotel’s administrative, financial, and accounting processes. * Monitor budgets, expenses, accounts receivable, and cash flow, ensuring optimal resource utilization. * Control budgets, operating costs, and financial results. * Drive improvements to enhance hotel operational efficiency. * Prepare the annual budget and conduct monthly budget follow-up. * Present financial reports to management. * Ensure compliance with tax regulations as well as Accor chain standards. Requirements Degree in Accounting and Finance or Business Administration Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in the hospitality industry Knowledge of Colombian accounting and tax regulations Budgeting, cost management, and financial analysis expertise Intermediate/Advanced Excel proficiency Intermediate English proficiency Hotel management systems knowledge is desirable
