Job Summary: Responsible for security, access control, surveillance, and visitor assistance, ensuring compliance with regulations and emergency coordination. Key Responsibilities: 1. Access control and facility surveillance 2. Visitor assistance and enforcement of security regulations 3. Emergency coordination and team support **1** Control access for staff, visitors, and vehicles. **2** Conduct surveillance patrols on foot, by motorcycle, or by vehicle. **3** Assist and guide visitors at the gatehouse or reception area. **4** Verify compliance with internal security regulations. **5** Prepare reports and incident logs. **6** Utilize security technology (radios, smartphones, and other available tools as specified per project). **7** Safeguard the integrity of individuals within the service area. **8** Coordinate and support evacuations during emergencies. **9** Operate light vehicles or motorcycles for patrol duties (if applicable). **10** Adhere to protocols established by SuperVigilancia. **11** Report incidents to immediate supervisor and follow instructions. **12** Support colleagues and promote teamwork. **13** Other duties associated with this position. **14** All procedures established by the organization and client applicable to this position.
