We are seeking a Technical Support Analyst to join IMBERA COLOMBIA S.A.S. Your responsibilities will include: Analyzing requirements to propose process improvement solutions through application development. Designing and developing specialized software, databases, MS 365 platform tools (Power Apps, Automate), and web applications (backend and frontend). Developing IT solutions based on Data Analysis using MS 365 tools (Power BI). Database programming in Oracle, data analysis, approval workflows, dashboards, and application integrations. Managing and administering IT infrastructure processes (servers, computers, printers). Requirements Prior experience in systems analysis. Degree in Computer Science or related field. Knowledge of relevant programming languages. Ability to work under pressure and solve complex problems. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
