Job Summary: A leading logistics sector company is seeking an Infrastructure Maintenance Analyst to manage preventive and corrective maintenance, negotiate contracts, develop budgets, and conduct architectural surveys. Development and management of maintenance budgets A leading logistics sector company requires an Infrastructure Maintenance Analyst. · Requirements: Technical or technological degree holder, or student in related fields. · Demonstrable experience in renovations and facility maintenance. Knowledge of integrated management systems. Ability to source suppliers and negotiate contracts. Capacity to identify maintenance needs and propose effective solutions. Experience in budget management and cost control. Knowledge of architectural surveys and blueprints. · Responsibilities: · Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of our facilities. Negotiate and manage service provider contracts. Develop and manage maintenance budgets. Conduct architectural surveys and prepare blueprints for maintenance projects.
