We require a Software Support Assistant. Your primary responsibilities will include providing software product operational support to end users, performing testing, executing SQL queries, reporting incidents, documenting user manuals, and training end users. Availability to work on holidays according to the Barcelona—Spain work calendar. Required Knowledge: Customer service, software support, database logic, SQL fundamentals, testing, help desk. Desirable: Knowledge of messaging and logistics.
